“说服” persuade

persuade v.说服,劝服;使相信。强调动作的结果——劝说成功。常用结构：

persuade sb. to do / into doing sth.说服某人做某事

persuade sb. of sth.使某人相信某事

如果只是劝说而不知是否成功，应用try to persuade。如：

I’m trying to persuade your dad to buy some shares.

journey, trip, voyage, tour和travel都有“旅行”的意思，但各自的含义有所不同：journey意为从一地到另一地的旅行，尤指长途旅行；trip意为往返某地，尤指“短途旅行”；voyage指海上旅行,有时也指空中或宇宙旅行；tour意为“观光，游览”；travel泛指旅行、游历。
